Let's start with the two basic organizational structures of ITI, of which each representative in the company is a part of - and that frame the pay plans by which we are paid.

ITI pays us through two pay plans:

	Forced Regenerating Matrix income from both: sponsoring reps, and from customer usage pay for services
	Uni-Level income from product purchases and sales

ITIs Forced Regenerating 2x10 Matrix is the patent pending portion of our pay plan. Nothing like it has ever been done before and this is powerful! In essence what ITI has done, is take the basic concept of a 2x10 Matrix, fixed the problems, and improved the plan making it possible for the average person to succeed in the networking industry.

This is the residual-income building side of the business long term substantial growth.
